See You Tomorrow by OniChild See You Tomorrow by OniChild
"See you...tomorrow...OK?"
---

Inspired by Theophany's wonderful teaser of his album, "Time's End" [link] , I took one of my favorite moments from the game, Majora's Mask, and illustrated it into a short comic strip.
(I did use the actual text, but rearranged some of it to fit the 5 panels)

Here is a short comic of the sisters, Cremia and Romani on the final night.

Hope you like it!

---

Thank you Zelda Dungeon for the fan art highlight!

Cremia cradled her little sister to her bosom, trying, but failing to keep her tears from flowing.  After all the struggling she went through to keep her family's ranch afloat, this was how it would end; getting crushed flat by a stupid giant piece of rock.  She could feel the earth quaking from the moon's onslaught.  It was almost the end.  Cremia wept silently, the tears freely flowing.  If only she could've found someplace safe to keep Romani, to at least spare her from the horrible death that was only moments away.  She shut her eyes tightly, bracing as best as she could for the impact, though she knew it was no use.

And then.....

...nothing much happened.

Cremia slowly pried one eye open.  She was still there.  So was the ranch.  Most importantly, so was Romani.  With both eyes open, she looked out the window, wondering why the moon hadn't destroyed Termina.  Far into the distance, she could faintly make out four massive shapes holding the moon in place.  She couldn't believe her eyes; The tale of the Four Giants was true.  Suddenly, the giants began to struggle  as the moon attempted to resume it's ghastly descent, and her heart leaped to her throat.  Were even the Giants no match for the moon??  Did she foolishly get her hopes up, only for them to be dashed brutally against harsh reality?

But then, another miracle occurred.  The moon...faded away.  She settled back into her bed, too shocked to even react.  The Giants had saved their land.  And yet, deep in her heart, she knew that the boy...no, the MAN, in the silly green hat, somehow had something to do with it.  Her tears of despair became tears of joy.  Her ranch; her Romani had survived.

Well, the picture was so heart-rending.  I wanted to remind everyone that there IS a happy ending to Majora's Mask.

...Well, for most of the people involved, that is.
